Ford has launched new engines into the Kuga SUV line-up.

A 163bhp 2.0 TDCi diesel tops the range while a revised 140bhp version of the TDCi unit replaces the 136bhp version. All offer CO2 emissions of under 160g/km.

The 140bhp unit can also be specified with front-wheel drive, while a six-speed PowerShift semi-automatic gearbox is an option.

Also new to the range is the “Individual" trim, which offers options such as 19-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured sideskirts and wheelarches, roof rails, privacy glass and interior upgrades such as leather and high gloss trim.
